RBM Agents

RBM Agents are also referred to as Bot, Sender and App IDs. These are individual chats in the Messages by Google application in the user's android handset. There can be three types of RBM Agents:

i. Promotional Agents: Using this agent Enterprises can push campaigns related to offers; new products communications; information related to discounts etc.In order to avoid spamming of users RBM platform has implemented two measures - messages via promotional agents can be sent during 7 AM to 9 PM on all days; and an Enterprise can send only 4 messages per month to a User from all of their promotional agents combined.

ii. Transactional Agents: These agents can be used to update customers on their activities Including a purchase; a service request; collecting feedbacks; surveys, information on new services, stores etc. There are no restrictions on timings or number of messages on Transactional Agents.

iii. OTP Agents: As the name suggests, these agents are used to send One Time Passwords (OTP) to the customers for login, making a purchase or placing a service request. Like Transactional Agents, there are no restriction on OTP agents as well.
